The Japanese Neural Network Society has held seminars for young researchers for the purpose of developing experimentalists who can make numerical models and theorists who can handle actual data and exchanges among researchers in different fields since 1999.
Currently, three schools are held each year in spring (Kansai District), summer (Okinawa), and autumn (Kanto District) and the Society handles the accommodation charges and so forth of young researchers who participate in these seminars.
